Q. How much does the automatic wash cost?
A. There are four different levels of automatic wash with differing price points:
The Works ($12) with triple foam conditioner, tire cleaner, under carriage wash, super foam brush, 2x super soap scrub, clear coat protectant, spot free rinse, and high-powered air dry.
Deluxe Wash ($10) with undercarriage wash, super foam brush, 2x super soap scrub, clear coat protectant, spot free rinse, and high-powered air dry.
Express Wash ($8) with super foam bath, super soap scrub, clear coat protectant, spot free rinse, and high-powered air dry.
Basic Wash ($7) with foam bath, super soap scrub, and spot free rinse.
Q. How much do the self service wash bays cost?
A. The self serve wash bays cost $1.75 to start and from there on, the cost is determined by the amount of time you need.
Q. What are some of the features in the Jurassic Pet Wash?
A. The pet wash features oatmeal shampoo, tearless shampoo, flea and tick shampoo, conditioner, pet deodorizer, and disinfectant; a groomer-grade blow dryer; and a furminator vacuum that sucks up excess hair and water from pet coats. Plus, it has full air conditioning during the summer and heat in the winter, built-in satellite radio and speakers so you can enjoy music of your choice, and a peanut butter treat dispenser to help get antsy pets to cooperate.
Q. How much does the pet wash cost?
A. The pet wash is $10 for 12 minutes, which is usually enough time to wash two small to medium size dogs or one large dog.
Q. When do the dinosaurs come alive at Jurassic Car Wash?
A. One of the animatronic dinosaurs comes alive on the hour and half hour daily between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. There are also two coin-operated dinosaurs in the back of the premises, which come alive when 75 cents is deposited into their machines.
Q. Is it safe to wash my car at your facilities after dark?
A. Yes. We have 16 security cameras and four large LED lights on premises. We encourage customers to wash their cars at night to avoid waiting in line.
Q. Your machine took my money (or charged my credit card), but the wash didn’t work. What do I do?
